About us
You learn from a team with decades of experience designing and leading leading-edge facilitator and leadership programs worldwide. Our lead faculty met at Aberkyn, where they were among those responsible for setting up and leading the internal facilitator training. Since 2020 they have joined forces in programs for a broader audience.
More about us

Liberation of Facilitation
Liberation of Facilitation is an intensive, interactive facilitator development program that gives you access to your full potential as a facilitator. By deliberately paying attention to 'being, knowing and doing', you develop mastery in guiding leaders and teams. As a base for practice we use the Liberated Leader program - a program for leaders who want to make a 'quantum leap' in their leadership. You take that program home at the end, so you can add (parts of) it to your own repertoire.
→ And you become part of our growing community of facilitators.

Liberated Leader
In this leadership program you make a 'quantum leap' in leadership. You become deeply aware of how your inner world shapes your outer world. From that heightened awareness you can, with your whole being, create the conditions for your highest potential and that of your people. You learn to play the 'game' from the inside out.
The inner game is the outer game.
More about this programWhat participants say

"I think it's the best training program I've done. Simply outstanding. If you had made it twice as expensive, it would still have been worth it."
